Preglia is for birth workers. To take away the mountains of admin that happens when you run your own small birth working business. To give you back time.

What it does

Preglia keeps your clients, your diary and your paperwork in one place.

• Client records — contact details, session notes, documents and forms, one file per client.
• Bookings — your clients book their sessions themselves through their own portal, or you book for them.
• Your diary — set the hours you work, see your sessions, and keep track of travel.
• Google Calendar — Preglia can put your sessions into your own Google Calendar, and keep them up to date when they change or are cancelled, so they sit alongside the rest of your life. It also reads the times you are already busy there, so nobody can book you when you aren’t free.
• Forms and agreements — send them, see what has come back, sign them and keep them.
• Invoices — raise invoices for your packages and sessions, record part-payments, and see what is still owed.
